Our base camp will be at the Mt Nimmel Hall. This is were registrations and inductions will take place. There will also be catering on site, stalls with information and resources and all the data will be processed on the spot!
If you would like to make a weekend out of this event and camp with other participants and our survey leaders… well, the option is there! We have secured a few spots for you so contact us to arrange a camping spot. You can also book your camping spot through eventbrite whilst you purchase your survey tickets. This campground is right next to our basecamp!
There will be a drinks station available all weekend with coffee, tea and water for a gold coin donation. You will also have the option to purchase a meal during the following times:
Saturday between 4:30PM and 7:30PM
Sunday between 10:30AM and 1PM
Each meal will be $10
FREE RANGE GRILLED CHICKEN BURGER
all with side salad and chips!
All info packs including risk assessment will be send to you by emails upon registration! Make sure you arrive 30 minutes before your departure time!
